Meet Team USA Coaches
Coach JP Vidour
Coach JP will be the Team USA coach in Croatia. He will be helping athletes and their families at the Champions Bowl World Finals in Croatia for the third time—a testament to his dedication, excellence, and consistent impact on player development at the highest level.
Born and raised in Rosario, Argentina, JP’s journey in tennis began with relentless passion and discipline. As a junior player, he rose to become one of the Top 20 junior players in Argentina, competing across South America and Europe in ITF Futures events. These formative international experiences shaped not only his competitive edge, but also his deep understanding of the global game.
His tennis journey led him to the United States, where he earned a full tennis scholarship to Shorter University. As Captain of the Men’s Tennis Team, JP led by example, achieving a career-high national ranking of No. 15 and earning All-American honors. He completed both his Bachelor of Arts and MBA degrees, reflecting his commitment to excellence both on and off the court.
For the past 17 years, Coach JP has served as Director of the JP Vidour Tennis Academy in Cartersville, Georgia, where his mission has been clear: to develop not only elite tennis players, but confident, disciplined, and driven young athletes. A highly qualified USPTA Level 1 certified professional with a background in Sports Science, JP combines technical mastery with mentorship and inspiration.
Through his leadership, countless junior players in Georgia have reached top competitive levels, earning opportunities at the collegiate and professional stages. Coach JP’s influence extends far beyond wins and rankings—he inspires athletes to believe in their potential, embrace hard work, and pursue greatness on and off the court.
